Due to the changes in customer(s) demand, technology, lifestyle, and especially the increasing of competitors in the market and their outcomes; so the manufacturer has to be adopted more reliable methods of improvement. The major problems of the case manufacturing are related with lower values of equipment, line, stage OEE metrics and Overall throughput effectiveness result. In all section, the equipment and lines OEE metrics values are below the world-class value. And from the all section the most affected metric was performance metrics. Due to the entire dependency of the manufacturing, there is propagation of loss and up and down stream effect. The major causes of losses are external and internal factors. The purpose of this study is to improve OTE; by identify the factors generate the loss of OEE metrics at of each individual and throughout manufacturing. The taken the necessary action plans were according to the founded loss at each section on the OEE metrics and the propagation of losses and up and down steam effect is also considered. To achieve the objective, the most appropriate method were:- AM, Heuristics algorithms for the sequence of processing, dispatching rule, Attribute Control Chart by (IBM:-SPSS –v20), cause and effect diagram for screen out the factors of loss and pareto chart for prioritization of factors affect metrics are applied at different levels. The necessary data for the analysis were collected from each section from their daily output, direct observation and stopwatch recorded was under taken. To identify the root causes of factors affect OTE; the analysis of metrics has been done in all section; during that system metrics values and loss factors, the frequencies of breakdowns occurrences were identified and the quality characteristics factors are known. When analyzing and interpretation, the bottlenecks stage and section are identified and major effectiveness losses are identified. The improvement areas with associated challenges and their root causes has been investigated; then the AM implementation frame work, batter makespan is developed by heuristics algorithms, corrective actions, counter measures and action plans has been suggested as strategy for improvements. Finally, an improved OTE system was proposed; where metrics are improved at equipment, line, stage level respectively. From the result the OTE of the system were increased from 8.92% - 23.06% to 20.83% - 42.80% through the months. Therefore, the achieved results in the proposed method and algorithms can be easily adapted after implementation and the company's targets can be achieved and profitability, competitiveness is improved significantly.en_US
