Multi-level programming is characterized as mathematical programming to solve decentralized planning problems with multiple decision makers in a hierarchical organization. They become more important for contemporary decentralized organization where each unit or department seeks its own interests. The purpose of this project is to discuss a procedure for solving multilevel programming problems in large hierarchal decentralized organization through linear fuzzy goal programming approach. Here, the tolerance membership functions for the fuzzily described objectives of all levels as well as the control vectors of the higher level decision makers are defined by determining optimal solution of each of the levels decision makers with same constraints. Due to conflicting nature of the objectives, higher level DM should give some tolerance or relaxation for avoiding decision dead lock. Then fuzzy goal programming approach is used for transmitted each of the fuzzily described objectives and control vectors of higher level DMs of the membership goals in to highest degree of each of the membership goals by minimizing negative deviational variables. Sensitivity analysis with variation of tolerance values on decision vectors is performed to present how the solution is sensitive to the change of tolerance values and also discussed FGP approach is the more effective than others fuzzy programming approaches by comparing the result of the problems.en_US
