dc.description.abstractThe major purpose of the study was to investigate the problems and possible solution of utilization of material resources in Nonformal Government TVET institutes in Addis Ababa To this effect five government Non-formal TVET centers were selected. The training centers, trainees, and trainers were selected by using purposive sampling techniques for supervisors and purchasers were included by using availability sampling techniques. Questionnaire, interview were used as data collection instruments. The collected data was analyzed and the result of the study indicated that, there training centers are not equipped with the necessary material resources and machineries. Income generating activities, purchasing system, maintenance skill and proper utilization of material resources are the main problems that encountered the training program. In general the problem of proper utilization of material resource is a critical issue which has to be given attention by the concerned bodies. Based on the finding of the study, conclusions were drawn and recommendations were made.en_US
