dc.description.abstractThis study emphasizes on the factors affecting success of change management in Ethio Telecomnamely organizational culture, leadership, communication, employee engagement and technology. For selecting sample of respondents’ random sampling was used. 192questionnaires were distributed to a sample drawn from employees of Ethiotelecom working at head office, Out of which, 165 were returned. Descriptive and inferential data analysis wasmade using statistical package of social science(SPSS) software version 26.preilminary analysis of testing the assumptions of linear regression analysis was made before the major analysis. Thefinding indicated that, organizational culture, effective leadership, effective communication andemployee engagement has positive impact of success of change management, but technologyhave little effect compared to the other factors on success of change management practice. Thepaper would add value to organization studies discipline by providing insightful view towardsfactors affecting for success of change management practice.
