| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to investigate the level of retention in CURE Hospital, and to examine the relationship between reward management systems and turnover intention in CURE Hospital. The research population was composed of 68 health professionals. Moreover, the data gathering tools for this research was questionnaires. Data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics such as percentages; mean average, standard deviation as well as, correlation and regression analysis. The Pearson correlation revealed that there is a negative relationship between reward management system and turnover intention. The regression coefficient beta revealed that the independent variable performance appraisal and total rewards have a negative significance effect on dependent variable turnover intention. In this study the independent variables reward strategy and policy, grade and pay structure, job evaluation and grading and market rate analysis have no significant effect on dependent variable turnover intention. Generally, to reduce turnover intention and to retain health professional longer; CURE should implement performance appraisal and total rewards for the health professionals appropriately | en_US |
