Abstract

The major objective of this study was to examine the role leadership styles on the organizational culture in WubGet Bsuiness Group. The researcher collected data from employees and managers of the companyby distributing questionnairesat their work place. Additionally, the study conducted semi-structured interview with top managers of the company. The study employed both descriptive and explanatory research design. On the other hand, the study employed mixed research approach. The total population for this study was110staff employees and managers. Overall 110questionnaires were distributed to respondents and 102(92.7%) of them properly filled and returned.The result from descriptive analysisand semi-structured interview shows that transformational leadership style anddemocratic leadership style have been identified as the most practiced leadership styles in the company. The findings also show that organizational culture diemnsions such asconsistency and mission and vision are the strongest cultures in the company and the finding from interview also shows that all four dimensions of organizational culture i.e. involvement, consistency. Mission and vision, and adaptability are at good level in the company. Regression analysis of the study yielded that transformational, transactional, democratic leadership styles have positive and significant effect on organizational culture WubGet Bsuiness Group. On the other hand, authoritative leadership style has negative and significant effect on organizational culture. The study recommended that top-management of the company should find a way to create the best combination of these leadership styles to create good cultural enviroment in the company
