| dc.description.abstract | The quality of Human Resource is an asset to any organization and as a result training has become really an issue that has to be faced by every organization today. The effectiveness and success of an organization lies on the people who perform their job within the organization. This study, therefore, was conducted to determine the effect of training and development on enhancing employee performance: A case study of National Alcohol and Liquor Factor- Addis Ababa. In this study, the researcher used both primary data and secondary data sources. Primary data were collected through questionnaires and interview and secondary data were collected by referring relevant reports and documents of the organization.The researcher used regression and correlation tools to analyze the data.The correlation analysis result indicated that all relationship between the independent and dependent variables were positively and significantly correlated. In addition, it was found that training and development programs have higher and positive impact on employee performance | en_US |
