Abstract
This project design and implements mobile a web based perinatal and neonatal health
advisory support system. The system will enhance and create awareness about perinatal
and neonatal stage. This awareness will be created by including different tools such as
advisory, symptom, question and answer and so on. The system allows user to
communicate with health officer by asking questions. The user can download the
application from the website of the system. The website includes all tools of android
phone application. Both mobile and web applications use Amharic language interface. The
system use Amharic Language. The usability of the project is tested by 19 users. The
result shows that the users are happy with PNHASS application.
