dc.description.abstract | In this thesis we take single level two quantum dots connected in parallel between two metalic leads at di erent temperature and chemical potential which works as a heat engine. After calculating the current for the thermoelectric engine we evaluate other thermodynamic quantities such as heat ux, power and e ciency. We also study how our model behaves as a function of a quantity ( ) that characterizes the energy level di erence between the two dots | en_US |
