dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of organizational culture on employees' performance in the case of Horizon Addis Tyre Manufacturing. Primary and secondary data sources were employed and questionnaire was the main instrument of data collection. Data were collected from the target population of respondents using systematic sampling techniques. The data analysed using descriptive statistical tools revealed that employees’ job performance is influenced by the company’s team oriented management approach, training and development program of the company, perceived organizational reward and recognition and the organizational communications styles. The study recommended that the company should create ground for employees’ cooperation, fair and considerable reward and compensation package, effective and smart communication network to share valuable information. Last but not least planned and scheduled training and development based on employees’ task and line of responsibility is vital for improved employees’ job performance.
