dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to determine the factors of leadership effectiveness. There are four factors indicated in this research namely emotional intelligence, motivation, empowerment and shared vision. The relationships between dependent variable (leadership effectiveness) and independent variables reveal in statistical analyses were applied to the data from the TVET college instructors through distributing survey questionnaire in person and using web-based questionnaire (google form) i.e. quantitative research method. Using explanatory analysis all independent variables positively related to the dependent variable. The most related on to the leadership effectiveness is empowerment rather emotional intelligence is the least related one. In addition, empowerment, intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation are significant towards the effectiveness of leadership in regression analysis. While emotional intelligence and shared vision are insignificant. Analysis was made using, IBM SPSS 27.0.1 software program.
