Four known Compounds were identified from the leaves of Antidesma laciniatum namely, squalene (37), phyt-en-2-ol (38), β-sitosterol (32) and amentoflavone (39). The structures of these compounds were determined on the basis of spectroscopic data. Occurrence of squalene, phyt-en-2-ol and amentoflavone from the genus Antidesma is reported here for the first timeen_US
