dc.description.abstractEveryone have the right to get access to the basic necessities for adequate and quality life as the standard of living is basic and fundamental. The right to the standard of living includes the right to get access to the health care service, social security, food and housing. The right to a standard of living must get more respect to protect the communities who are under different influences. Governments have a duty to prioritize and fulfil the rights to the standard of living of individuals. In many different regions of the world the governments are failed to protect and fulfil the standards of living of the people
