    Existence and Uniqueness of Solutions of Ordinary Differential Equations

    This thesis concentrates on questions regarding existence and uniqueness of solutions to the generic initial value problem in the theory of ordinary differential equations.That is where ƒ is some Lipschitz function. Compact form of existence and uniqueness theory appeared nearly 200 years after the development of the theory of differential equations. Special emphasis is given on the Lipschitz continuous functions in the discussion.
