    This dissertation is a contribution to the investigation and analysis of the implementation of the government-sponsored agricultural extension prohramme in the particular case of Boru Lencha Kebele .Arsi Zone of Oromiya State.The prior extension experience of peasants in the kebele induced them to seek participation in the programme.
