    The Effect of Job Stress on Employees’ Productivity during COVID 19 Pandemic at Ethiopian Airlines

    This purpose of this study is to examine the effect the job stress has on productivity during the time of the Covid-19 pandemic among Ethiopian Airlines Cabin Crew and Technician Employees. Job stress was measured though variables, Role Conflict, Role Ambiguity, Work Overload, Physical Environment and Relationship at work. The study adopted a quantitative research method sourced from primary data collected through a structured questionnaire. To fulfill the research objective, a stratified random sampling technique was used to select respondents of 372. The data was collected through a self-administered questionnaire from these respondents. SPSS v.26 was used to analyze the data. From the analysis it was revealed that Role Conflict, Physical Environment and Relationship at work was found to have statistically significant effects on productivity. Role Conflict was found to have the highest effect on employee productivity. Crucial lessons were observed in industry, policy and educational implications.
