    Pension Fund Investment in Ethiopia: Opportunities and Challenges (A Case of Ethiopia Social Security Agency)

    In this paper it has tried to gather the opinions of different scholars about the opportunities and challenges of Pension Fund investment in Ethiopia. Accordingly, 98.87% of them said there will be investment opportunities in Ethiopia for Pension fund in the Future. Globalization, better and liberal investment policy of the government and the hope of stock exchange market establishment in the near future are some of the reasons forwarded by the respondents. They also said, high government intervention, problem of accessing capable professional, and lack of clear investment guide lines, policy, strategy, mission and objective are some of the challenges to be faced by the agency in the future regarding pension fund investment
