    Evaluating The Sustainability of Industrial Development in Ethiopia: A Case Study of Bole Lemi Industrial Park

    This study addresses the sustainability challenges of economic, social and environment industrial development in Ethiopia, focusing on the Bole Lemi Industrial Park(BLIP) as a case study. The study was adopt descriptive case study of research design by using both quantitative and qualitative methods to evaluate the sustainability industrial development. The researcher used data collection methods, including interviews, surveys, and site observations. The researcher provided a holistic analysis of the sustainability practices and challenges in the industrial park. The main objective of this study is to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the sustainability of industrial development. The researcher recommended that, the government and private sector have to give balance focus on the synergy effect of the economic, social and environment to assure sustainability. It was observed that supportive policies and regulations play a crucial role in shaping the sustainability outcomes of industrial parks.
