The thyroid ultrasound ACR-TIRADS system is also widely used classification system which has helped in screening for nodules requiring subsequent FNAC, but the correlation between the two systems has not been established in our setup. This study aims to determine the level of concordance between TBSRTC cytology category and ACR-TIRADS ultrasound category.
