Nurses had a higher compassion fatigue risk mean score compared with medical doctors. Accident and emergency department and Intensive care unit had a higher mean score of compassion fatigue risk than that of those who work the other three practical settings (Renal Unit, Labor and Delivery Ward, Psychiatric and substance rehabilitation unit). Most of the Health care providers are experiencing compassion fatigue risk. Therefore, it is suggested that the concerned body protect vulnerable health care providers at work to prevent compassion fatigue; methods to prevent the condition may take the form of increasing awareness, knowledge and coping strategies through education and intervention by supervisors and coworkers. Other results show that the children were performing more if they join intervention between 6-10 age groups. The mean functioning in interpersonal subdomain was not significantly different across different age group of starting intervention. In general, it would be better if parents send their children to autism centers at an early age, and the treatment would be more effective if they are treated by professional psychologist. The problem of Autism could be addressed effectively if more autistic centers are opened.
