    The Effect Of Outsourcing Logistics Activity In Humanitarian Organization Performance, In The Case Of Selected Humanitarian Organizations In Addis Ababa

    The purpose of this study is to assess the effective of logistics activity in humanitarian organization performance, in the case of selected humanitarian organization in Addis Ababa. To address this study descriptive analysis method was employed and also quantitative and qualitative approaches were used. The total number of humanitarian organization is 90 as per the humanitarian requirement document, from the humanitarian organization 69 is selected for the research .to gather data for the study questionnaire and interview for selected people have been used. Data obtained through questionnaire has been analyzed by using regression analysis method is used .mean and standard deviation were supported by SPSS 20.0 software version.. The study focused and discovered outsourcing logistics activity impact such as logistics activity such as transport, inventory, warehouse, distributing, customs clearing activity and re-labeling. Distribution and labeling outsourcing have been found the major problems of the company that needs due attention. Therefore, it has been recommended to the organizations to take measures to solve and improve logistics activities
