A total of 400 samples consisting of 100 farm raw milk, 100 bulk raw milk and 200 cottage cheese samples were collected. Out of these samples, 49 (12.25%) were positive for Listeria . The bulk raw milk was the most contaminated with Listeria species with an overall prevalence of 27%.
