About 276 subjects were selected out of 21 sample elementary schools in Region 13 . Data were secured throygh a survey method and direct observation of actual classrooms . Statistical sigllificance were checked through ch isquare and/or t-test at P<O.05 level. Consequently, the following major find igs were observed. I. Higher proportion of teacher have used tile broader definition as well as experienced the systematic application of media. 2.
