This study has been conducted with an objective to explore the application of data driven decision making. The analysis of this study was made based on an existing data of wireless network operation and maintenance fault tolerant and maintenance trend in Addis Ababa zones. Ethiotelecom use data only to routine base operation and maintenance tasks. Due to this there is a number of unknown root causes existing frequently and the reason is invisible to the management. Moreover, to achieve the research objective the research adopted a descriptive research design; using quantitative approach. And secondary data extracted from ethiotelecom central data system to analyses by using Tableau tool. The research analyses show that the maintenance and fault handling trends of Addis Ababa zone need further improvement. And from the relationships between maintenance and fault tolerant variables the analyses result indicates the effect of variables on network availability rate. There is a need of implementation of data driven decision making to look insight of all existing data. Ethiotelecom must be replaced the network operation and maintenance routine function by data base decision so becoming data driven and instead of asking “what do we think” start asking “what do we know”.enUnavailability, network down , base siteApplication of Data Driven Decision Making in Case of Ethiotelecom Fault tolerant and Maintenance ManagementThesis
