In order to undertake the study, a descriptive survey was used. The sampling frame was the listing of staff in the whole organizations Working under ILRI Ethiopia. Purposive sampling was used to select the staff in each organization with different position (i.e. Country head, Managers, Finance and Project Officers) who participated in the study. In order to investigate the research objectives stated above, both secondary and primary data were collected and analyzed. The findings of the study established that there is strong, positive and significant relationship between and among variables on Determinants of donor fund utilization by NGOs in Ethiopia: the case of ILRI Ethiopia. Managerial factors and donor behavior had positive and significant effect on utilization of funds and technical factors had also negative but significant effect on fund utilization.
