This project investigates the CSFs for IT project management using a quantitative and qualitative approach. Five CSFs for project management were identified through a systematic literature review for this study. A survey study was conducted among MOENCO information technology (IT) teams from 50 project teams. On the basis of the results using regression analysis, the dimensions relating to the success factors for project management were determined.
