Questionnaires were used to collect primary data by using a self-administered data collection system from 112 respondents, out of which 105 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed. An interview with HR manger was also added to make the data more reliable. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (percentage, mean and std. deviation) and inferential statistics like correlation and multiple regressions. The finding revealed that there are positive and significant relationships between all the independent variables except for recruitment and selection which had a positive but insignificant relationship.
