With a focus on user satisfaction and usability, the research aims to identify gaps and areas for improvement within the system. Through a mixed-methods approach, quantitative data was collected via structured questionnaires from 139 employees, while qualitative insights were gained from interviews with 8 managers. The findings reveal that while users generally perceive HRIS as beneficial, significant challenges remain, including underutilization of functionalities and concerns over system usability. Recommendations emphasize enhancing training, improving support mechanisms, and aligning system functionalities with organizational goals.
