In order to do this, a Likert scale questionnaire was prepared and distributed to the employees of Coca-Cola. It was found that transformational leadership style has the highest positive effect on motivation, transactional leadership style has the most negative effect on motivation and laissez faire leadership style has a negative effect on motivation and a positive effect on extrinsic motivation. The study also found a strong relationship between transformational leadership style, laissez faire leadership style, transactional leadership style and the motivation of Coca Cola employees and explains 56.9% of the deviation in their motivation.
