In order to meet the objectives of the study, descriptive survey method was employed. From 400 employees, 200 respondents were selected for the study. The research applied both quantitative and qualitative method the quantitative research is based on numerical or statistical data to declare the meaning of research, and the qualitative research collect data through observations. Respondents were selected by Simple random and stratified sampling techniques. More specifically, Stratified sampling was used to obtain representative sample from each department. Since the total population of the department was stratified under nine departments. From this point of view the researcher used random sampling technique (systematic method) to identify the representative samples from each stratum. Questionnaire containing open and close-ended items and items constructed in terms of Likert scale were employed in the process of data gathering. The data obtained through the questionnaires were analyzed using frequency, percentages, mean, and standard deviations. Findings from the data analysis revealed that the organization has insufficient risk assessment practice and process, very often follow the procedure to conduct the assessment, provide less emphasis about continuous review of evaluation process during supply chain risk evaluation stage. Besides, the study found out that the organization is capable to conduct is able to conduct and apply risk mitigation measures to ensure effective supply chain risk management.
