The study was trying to analysis the office’s service quality on investor’s satisfaction with SERVQUAL. To conduct this study the researcher employed quantitative research approaches and census survey to collect the primary data. As a means to get data for the study questionnaires were distributed to administrative officials of the available enterprises found in Bole Lemi industrial park. Secondary data were collected from different published and unpublished documents such as relevant theoretical concepts, textbooks, and journals. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 20 using descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage) and inferential statistics like correlation and regression analysis. Finally, based on study findings the conclusion drawn and the researcher recommends the mentioned ideas for betterment and improvements of service quality of EIPDC.
