The study aims to point out these difficulties and thus improve the project management practice in order to benefit from the findings. A descriptive research method is used in order to achieve the intended purpose of the study. Closed-end and Open-end questionnaire were used for the purpose of collecting required data for the study. From 230 target population of the study in the inclusive education project and its stakeholders, I took 70 sample size by using the solving formula. n = N/1+N (e) 2. Out of 70, 68 questionnaires were collected by distributing the questionnaire to those eight groups by purposive sampling method. The data were analyzed using software Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS V.22) to generate mean, frequencies, standard deviation and percentages of the statics. A project scope management challenge is a challenge in RSDAs project management practice. This indicates that the RSDA Project Management is to work with special emphasis on this. On the other seven factors, however, good project management experience was evident. In addition to that, the study suggested that emphasis should be given to items like Item `` the project office does not use all the options to make the budget source secure and sustainable`` because the respondents have no confidence on the sustainability of the project. Success factors are inputs for the management system that lead directly or indirectly to the success of the project.enRehabilitation Service for the Deaf Association (RSDA) project (local NGO), Project management practices and project management challengesAn Assessment of Project Management Practices and Challenges of local NGOs: the case of Rehabilitation Service for the Deaf Association (RSDA)Thesis
