The study focuses on proper human resource management and material resource management. Method study is also used to achieve at a good productivity of the factory. Detail and different types of data were collected through review of the available documents, physical observation and discussion with some concerned people. The data was again purified to increase its reliability and then analyzed to identify the barriers for productivity. Finally, it is identified that the factory is characterized by low productivity due to traditional way of doing jobs, inadequate human resource management, and improper material resource management. Also congestion of employees as well as raw material & finished goods ware house is observed as one of the basic problems.
