It is endowed with flora as well as fauna yet it is one of the many underdeveloped African countries. The country's aspiration to improve its economy can be achieved by having well designed and implemented education system. It is now more than 100 years since modem education was introduced in the country. Currently the country is striving to bring economic prosperity through provision of education for all policy. Currently there are many higher educations owned by the public and private sector. In contrary to the increasing number of higher education institutes, the evaluation of their success has received little attention. This project tries to identify weaknesses and strengths associated with MBA program at AAU by adopting guides developed by HERQA. Participants of the program are not attuned to the objectives goals of the post-graduate program. Flow of information within the program is not fluid. Resources are very scarce and underutilized. Despite all this employers are satisfied with the knowledge and skills of graduates.
