Pediatric oncologic emergencies may lead to acute and potentially life-threatening complications unless timely diagnosed and treated. Pediatric oncologic emergencies can be metabolic emergencies, neurological emergencies, thoracic emergencies, gastrointestinal emergencies, urogenital emergencies, acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), and febrile neutropenia.
