In International Medical Corps, there are 1200 employees these employees of the organization are the study populations. The Sample size was fixed to International Medical Corps South Wollo Branch 300 employees were as respondents selected by using purposive sampling technique. The data-gathering tool was questionnaire and interview and it was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statics. The findings of the study indicated that the respondents thought that the status of transportation in the organization was poor for responsive disaster relief activities and it is on affecting the organization responsive disaster activities. Besides, the regression result depicts that B = 0.443 P = 0.000 (p < 0.001). As a result, we can accept the hypothesis and reject the null hypothesis, the warehousing condition of International Medical Corp is found in a poor status and on affecting the organization responsive disaster activities. Furthermore, the regression result shows that B = 0.502 P = 0.000 (p < 0.001). Therefore, the hypothesis is accepted and the null hypothesis rejected and the procurement practice of the organization was poor as a result it is on affecting the organization responsive disaster activity. In addition, the regression result portrays that B = 0.269 P = 0.000 (p < 0.001). As a result, we can accept the hypothesis and reject the null hypothesis. Finally, it is recommended that the organizations expected to improve transportation of the organization in order to avoid any hindrance and needs in disaster responsiveness activities, the warehouse infrastructure is a key structure that should be improved dramatically, there should be of proper protections, warehouse management, stock handling and other related activities expected to be improved and it is recommends that top management of the organization needs to regularly review their procurement policy, procedures and guidelines to cope with fluctuating global trends.
