Proposing this five internal marketing practice and whether to determine it has an effect on employee’s job satisfaction, Even though there was an extensive details about the importance of human resource in any organization most fail to recognize this issue. The target population of this study was employees of the bank. A stratified sample was used to select sample from this population. The data was collected through structured questioner. Statistical Package (SPSS) was used to test hypothesis. The study targets 200 samples of the Bank Employee. Based on The result shows that generally employees are dissatisfied with their Bank Internal Marketing activity majorly on Organizational support variable, the correlation analysis shows that all variables of internal marketing have a Positive association with employees’ job satisfaction. The Factor reduction resulted on main four factors that are dominant in employee job satisfaction.
