To this end, basic questions addressing the issues related to the factors influencing job satisfaction of instructors, implementation process the impacts on productivities on teaching and learning process. The study employed descriptive survey method. The research methods used in the study were quantitative and qualitative approach. Target of population were all instructors in the CAA, department heads and academy commands were included in the study. The data was collected and administered by means of a structured questionnaire based on the Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ). The questionnaire used for the study contained six parts, which were of the Likert-scale type. Results from the study were analyzed using frequencies and percentages. The finding of the study indicated that most of the instructors were disagreed with work environment, students’ interest towards learning and assignments, observation practice, feedback and with library .The study recommended that developing the capacity of students especially language and using of technology, salary paid did not meet with their performance which should need improve for future, the facilities of library need more focus to make valuable in teaching process.
