The bank has a vision to be a world class commercial bank by the year 2025. The main objective of this research is to identify the major factors influencing employee turnover in commercial bank of Ethiopia (CBE) and provide professional advices that would help the bank to reduce turnover and retain its competent personnel. The study used both primary and secondary data. The primary data was collected using semi structured questionnaires and interview with HR directs of the bank.
