Their vulnerability emanates from different backgrounds. There are various ways of providing safeguards. Among the available protection mechanisms, legal protection is apparent. Ethiopia recently enacted a law governing the overall matters of refugees in general. This research is aimed at evaluating the extent of protection that Ethiopia provides to the refugee children based on Refugee Proclamation No.1110/2019. The methodology used for conducting this thesis is doctrinal as the dissertation mainly depends on legal analysis. Global and regional legal frameworks are also deeply considered along with domestic platforms adhered to the protection of refugees. In doing so, various key refugee children's issues are considered. Therefore, this study finds that the protection allocated for children refugees under this law is not adequate and the law needs an amendment to include every child's issue.en-USChild ProtectionRefugee Children Protection Law in EthiopiaRefugee Children IssuesThe Protection of Refugee Children In Ethiopia Under Ethiopian Refugee Proclamation No.1110/2019Thesis
