It was characterized on the basis of mass spectrum, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, IR, UV-vis and analytical data. The Ni (II) complex of NDSC was successfully synthesized in better yield from template procedure. The complex was characterized by analytical, conductance, IR, UV-vis and magnetic susceptibility data.
