E-government more focus on the infrastructure of information and communication technology that makes interconnection between government services and citizens. The purpose of this research study is to identify critical success factors influencing SchoolNet implementation success in TVET sector. The study is guided by the following two research questions: What are the factors influencing of the SchoolNet implementations in Addis Ababa City Administration TVET Colleges? And which factors are more critical or directly influencing in the successful implementation of SchoolNet? The study used both qualitative and quantitative research methods. Qualitative research method was used to explore factors that determine SchoolNet implementation success and to develop and test critical success theoretical model. The primary and secondary data source of the study is Misrak Polytechnic College comprising a total number of population 600 out of which 406 are trainers and the remaining 194 are ICT department trainees. Total sample size considered is 146 from both trainers and trainees.
