The four components of the organizational culture Involvement, Consistency, Adaptability and Mission were visualized based on Denison’s Model. The study specifically intended to ascertain the extent to which organizational culture affects non-financial performance of Bank of Abyssinia using BSC for the measurement of its non-financial performance. The target population of this research was 150 employees of Bank of Abyssinia composed of 45 management staff at head office and 105 branch staff from central district of the bank using stratified sampling for population distribution. In order to achieve the above objectives, primary data was collected through questionnaire. The study used descriptive and inferential survey research design and SPSS for data analysis to determine the relationship and the effect of two variables. The findings of this study show the existence of a significant relationship between organizational culture and organizational performance.
