To achieve this objective, a review of relevant literature was done and primary data was gathered using a Likert scale questionnaire format administered to two hundred respondents. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis. Findings revealed that participation in performance planning among other things impacts the achievement of organizational gals.
