Out of these derivatives compound 4,5 and 6 were synthesized by reacting rodanide (3) with aromatic amines (aniline and p-methyl aniline) and the rest of the two compounds ,compound 7 and 8, were synthesized by reacting of rodanide (3) with ammonia solution and glycine.
