The alcohol contents of ‘tella’ and ‘tej’ were analyzed by adopting the method of determination of ethanol level in beer. The alcohol content of ‘areki’ was determined by using an alcoholometer. The average ethanol content (%v/v) of the traditional alcoholic beverage was found to be 6.36, 11.47, and 37.22 for ‘tella’, ‘tej’, and ‘areki’, respectively.enalcoholic beverageDetermination of Ethanol Level in BeveragesThesis
