It is rather de-limited to persons with visual impairment, hearing impairment, and physical impairment (motor disordel), who are qualified and employed or who are denied "equal" employment opportunities in Addis Ababa. The area 0/ the study was purposely selected to be Addis Ababa because many associations for persons with disabilities are found in Addis Ababa. It was accessible and convenient to get a captured group of respondents.
