It used explanatory research design and quantitative research approach. A questionnaire was administered to 182 employees and the respondents who were selected by using stratified sampling method. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS software version 22. In addition, to analyze the collected data descriptive statistics (frequencies, means & standard deviations), and multiple regression analysis were used. The finding of this study indicated that Autocratic and Democratic leadership style had a positive significant effect on employees’ performance but Lessize-faire leadership style had no significant effects on employees’ performance.
