For this study the supply chain management practices; strategic supplier partnership, customer relationship, the level of information sharing, quality of information sharing, and lean practices. The researcher applied a descriptive research type and used a mixed research approach both quantitative and qualitative. The data were collected through a questionnaire by distributing on employees and by conducting a face to face interview with two managers. The researcher followed a census sampling technique to use all the target population of 118. The study showed that, Strategic supplier relationship, the level of information sharing, quality of information sharing and lean practices have medium whereas customer relationship has low relation to company performance with the statistical significant level. And the regression result shows that, strategic supplier relationship and lean practices have a positive and medium effect, the level of information sharing and quality of information sharing have positive and low effect, customer relationship has negative effect on Company performance. The study is limited on one furniture supplier company and on some issues of supply chain management practices and Company performance. Therefore, those above limitations are important for future studies.
